Who Can Apply?
Applicants for the Elijah Institute must be men and women with proven ministries, who are familiar with the ministry of Morris Cerullo, and who have a desire to pass on the mantle of the proof producing anointing by training others.
Applicants selected for The Elijah Institute will receive The Mantle mentoring materials, a collection of vital ministry courses taught by Dr. Morris Cerullo including DVDs, textbooks, and course syllabi. Applicants must commit to use these materials to train Elishas—key men and women-- who will pass the training on to reach multitudes in their nations.
